“Keeping Jazz Alive”

 

Jacksonville Jazz Society Inc.  (JJS) is a volunteer organization of jazz enthusiasts, which includes professional jazz musicians, jazz scholars, jazz media professionals, jazz club and performance site owners and managers. The core of JJS is composed of non-professionals who love jazz and are dedicated to “Keeping Jazz Alive” in Jacksonville.

 

“As a member of JJS, you will have both a voice and a vote, which may positively affect policies and all upcoming group projects and events. Members are highly encouraged to participate in JJS sponsored events. Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 12:00 Noon at the Ritz Theatre. The meeting is open to members, guests, family members and friends”
